T'CITY is a range of trolleybuses 12, 18 and 24 m long for 600 or 750 V DC overhead networks. The vehicles can have traction batteries or an auxiliary diesel generator for running without an overhead line. In total the manufacturer has built more than 15,000 trolleybuses, which operate in cities of the Czech Republic and many countries of Europe.

Description
The basic 12 m version is a low-floor four-door trolleybus, and the models 26Tr, 30Tr, 32Tr and 36Tr belong to this class. The 30Tr has been produced since 2010 for 600 or 750 V DC networks. The vehicle length is 12,180 mm, the width 2550 mm, the drive power 160 kW and the speed up to 65 km/h. All the electrical equipment is assembled in a container on the roof. The vehicle can be fitted with an auxiliary diesel generator or traction batteries. The T'CITY 12 (36Tr) received a new body and a 100 % low floor, full air conditioning, braking energy recovery and a battery that gives a range of up to 15 km without an overhead line.
The 38Tr is a high-capacity 24 m trolleybus with two driven axles in an 8×4 arrangement. The length is 24,700 mm, the kerb mass 23.4 t, the vehicle carries up to 180 passengers, 60 of them seated, and reaches 70 km/h. The current collectors are semi-automatic with pneumatic control, and an insulation monitoring device watches over electrical safety. The traction battery gives a guaranteed range of 11 km without an overhead line. The interior can be laid out to the customer's wishes, and the climate system works for cooling and heating. There is a passenger information system and a diagnostics system convenient for the staff.
The traction equipment of the 38Tr is built on SiC and IGBT, and two asynchronous motors need minimal maintenance. The traction inverter is rated 2 × 160 kVA, the auxiliary converter 50 kW and the onboard battery charger 16 kW. Double insulation is used inside the container, with a degree of protection of IP55. Braking regeneration with short-circuit protection saves up to 30 % of energy, and the trolleybus works with either network polarity and at reduced voltage.
Trolleybuses with batteries, so-called partial trolleybuses, serve areas without an overhead line. For Ukrainian cities this is a direct analog of the existing trolleybus fleet, and the electrical equipment is also suitable for the modernization of vehicles already in service. The group carries out testing and homologation in an accredited laboratory. Welding of bodies and components is certified to EN 15085-2, and the management system complies with IRIS (ISO/TS 22163), ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. For operation, the Datarail online monitoring, predictive diagnostics and full service are offered.
