Description
Gate, globe and check valves (GGC) are made to the principal international standards of the oil, gas and power industries. The manufacturer has worked in this field since 1965. The range covers sizes from ½″ to 72″ and materials that include carbon steel, low-temperature alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex, super duplex, Inconel and titanium. Valves are designed and built to order, including special designs to the customer's requirements. The programme also includes pipeline gate valves of the group's second brand, which has existed since 1986. They are intended for installation on pipelines and are made to the latest quality standards and to specific customer requirements. Applications are trunk gas and oil pipelines, compressor stations, underground gas storage, refineries and power plants. The Brendola plant (Vicenza province) covers 29 000 m², of which 15 000 m² is under roof, and produces up to 2000 valves per month. It can assemble valves weighing more than 80 t and taller than 15 m. There are 10 machine tools for parts weighing up to 40 t, and lapping machines for balls up to 60″ in diameter. Testing is carried out on 12 hydraulic and pneumatic benches for valves from 0.5″ to 60″.
An external bunker with a remote control desk is intended for special tests: gas, high-pressure, cryogenic, high-temperature, liquid immersion, cyclic functional and fugitive emission tests. The Brendola plant is certified to API 600, API 6D, API 6A, ISO 9001, PED, ATEX and EAC (TR CU).
On request, standard products can be made at the group's plant in China.
Gate and globe valves shut off the flow, while check valves block flow in the reverse direction. The manufacturer designs high-quality valves, including special designs for various applications, and meets the customer's technical requirements. Valves can be bought separately or in sets. For trunk gas pipelines and compressor stations, the size, pressure class and material are determined by the project, and the valve type is chosen according to the purpose of the unit.
