Description
The item combines original SPARE SET SWP spare part sets for the bearing supports of gearboxes installed on Siemens Gamesa wind turbines, as well as separate bearings. According to the manufacturer's guide, the PEAB 4456 gearbox is used on SWT-2.3 turbines of 2 300 kW and on Suzlon S88/S9X of 2 100 kW. The PEAB 4458 variants are listed in the platform overview for SWT 2.3, and the PZAB 3541 gearbox is installed on SWT 3.6 turbines of 3 600 kW. For these platforms the manufacturer is the original gearbox supplier.
The sets are formed for two series of versions, PEAB 4456,0–4 and PEAB 4456,5 – PEAB 4458,1. Five sets are offered for each series. HSS GS is fitted on the high speed shaft on the generator side, HSS RS on the same shaft on the rotor side, IMS GS and IMS RS on the intermediate shaft on the generator and rotor sides, and the fifth IMS set is intended for the version with a total gear ratio of i = 90.842. Each set combines the bearing and support parts in one delivery, namely rings, nuts, fasteners and seals, so that bearing replacement does not require selecting small parts separately. Supplied separately are the IMS support bearing on the rotor side for the series PEAB 4456,5–4458,1 and the high speed shaft roller bearing for the PZAB 3541 gearbox.
The scope of the range is seen from the sections. PEAB 4456,0–4 has 38 items, PEAB 4456,5–4458,1 has 36, PZAB 3541 has 16. Bearings of the high speed and intermediate stages work at high rotational speeds and variable loads, so their timely replacement is the best protection of gears and housing from damage.
Selection is made by the type, version and serial number of the gearbox, and the order is placed by the manufacturer's catalog number, for example A5E45766621 for the HSS RS set for PEAB 4456,5–4458,1. The manufacturer states that available upgrades and the turbine specification are taken into account in delivery. The group is intended for service organizations and wind farm owners with Siemens Gamesa and Suzlon turbines of the 2–3.6 MW class.
