Description
The item combines original shafts and pinion shafts of gearboxes used on Siemens Gamesa wind turbines. According to the manufacturer's service application guide, the PEAB 4456 gearbox is installed on SWT-2.3 turbines of 2 300 kW (the platform overview also lists PEAB 4458 variants for SWT 2.3), and also on Suzlon S88 and S9X machines of 2 100 kW. The PZAB 3541 gearbox works on SWT 3.6 turbines of 3 600 kW. For these platforms the manufacturer is the original gearbox supplier and offers both spare parts and repair in a workshop and in the nacelle.
The group includes the pinion shaft RP 679,0/3,86 SE/GS for PEAB 4456,0–4 gearboxes with a total gear ratio of i = 90.842, the pinion shaft RP 530,0/3,53 SE LK1 for the PZAB 3541 gearbox and the high speed shaft Shaft HSS (100) for PEAB 4456,0–4. There is also a parallel key 56 × 32 × 170 mm to DIN 6885 (form AB) of 34CrNiMo steel, which the catalog assigns to the set for i = 90.842. Gear parts are made of case-hardened steel 1.6587 (18CrNiMo7-6).
The pinion shaft is the most heavily loaded and most frequently replaced element of the high speed and intermediate stages.
