Description
The hydrophobic silicone coating is applied at the factory, to the whole surface or only to the underside of the insulator. It removes periodic string washing in coastal, industrial, agricultural and desert areas and the risk of pollution flashovers. The insulators are installed without changing the overhead line design. Open, Outerib and fog profiles are available. More than 6 million units are in service in 25+ countries.
