Porcelain station post insulators to IEC/ANSI for substations, BIL 60–2550 kV
PPC solid-core porcelain post insulators for substation switchyards and disconnectors of all voltage classes up to 1200 kV AC and 800 kV DC. The BIL insulation level is 60–2550 kV per IEC and 95–2050 kV per ANSI. Isostatic technology gives a column with fewer elements that is lower in height and lighter in weight.

Description
Isostatic pressing allows a single element up to 2900 mm long. Body diameter is 60–300 mm and shed diameter reaches 520 mm. The creepage distance is up to 55 mm/kV, and the shed profiles are designed to IEC 60815, including for 800 kV DC. The products comply with IEC 60273, IEC 60815 and ANSI C29.9. They serve as support insulation for busbars and disconnectors and as insulating operating rods for drives.
