IOS-35 / IOS-110 porcelain post insulators in ІОС sizes for 35 and 110 kV
PPC IOS-35 and IOS-110 are outdoor porcelain post insulators with ІОС-type connection dimensions. They take the place of ІОС-35 and ІОС-110 insulators in substations and disconnectors without modification. The BIL insulation level is 195 kV for IOS-35 and 450 kV for IOS-110.

Description
IOS-35 withstands bending of 5–10 kN, with creepage distance 1050 mm and height 440–500 mm. IOS-110 is rated for bending of 6–20 kN, with creepage distance 2000–2230 mm and height 1100 mm. The IOS-110-300/-400/-600/-1250/-2000 versions are made in variants -I, -II and -M. Mounting is by 4 holes Ø18 mm on a square of 160/194 mm, and the glaze is brown.
