The manufacturer supplies complete fittings systems for single and multiple suspension and tension strings of HV and UHV overhead lines. The voltage class is up to 1200 kV AC and 750 kV DC, and each system is calculated for the project.

Description

The calculation takes into account the climate, mechanical loads and phase configuration. The scope includes coupling, connecting and protective fittings, yoke plates and corona rings. The parts are made of forged steel with hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461. Testing is carried out to IEC 61284, with static tensile loads up to 1200 kN. The electric field of the string is calculated by FEM.
