Description
The rings are produced in versions for suspension, angle and tension strings. The shield redistributes field intensity at the ends of the string, where corona forms first near metal parts and end insulators. Less corona on the hardware means less radio interference from the line. The model is selected for the string design and the line voltage class; the designations in the range run from CR-009 to CR-022.
