Description
The SCU combines a substation controller, a protocol gateway and a PLC programmable according to IEC 61131-3. The design has no fans or moving parts, so the device tolerates long continuous operation in a cabinet. Visualization is provided by the saTECH HMI SCADA with a web interface. Through the SCU the substation communicates with the control centre via a single point.
