EOR-3DS and EOR-1DS combine short-circuit and earth fault indication in one device for MV networks with isolated and compensated neutral. They are installed in distribution substations and switching stations to shorten the search for the faulted section and to send signals to the control system.

Description
The devices provide directional and non-directional indication of short circuits and earth faults and also record faults. Phase current is taken by SR55 Rogowski sensors; low-power current and voltage sensors can be connected. EOR-3DS is freely programmable, controls load-break switches via the remote control channel and can work as a substation digitalisation unit. EOR-1DS is simpler and more economical, with Modbus RTU and 32 GB memory. The functions comply with IEC 60255, IEC 61869 and IEC 60870.
