Description
MCE 940 performs monitoring, acquisition, storage and analysis of data, control, and graphic display on single-line diagrams, interactive blocks and graphs. The size of the system is not limited, and it is extended and adapted to different tasks. The package is built on the iFIX platform with support for IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104 and OPC, and devices of other types are connected through the SCU 810 gateway. The system also monitors the state of network devices of the LAN.
Basic functions include transmission of telemetry from remote sites, remote control of equipment from the control center, alarm handling with immediate notification of the duty engineer, measurements, commands, printing and an event archive, and historical and operational trends. The state of the power system and analog measurements are displayed in real time, including with GIS referencing. Commands are executed with built-in interlocks and in sequential control mode.
Equipment statistics are kept for the operations service, including the number of circuit breaker operations with maintenance signals. Events are recorded with high resolution, historical data is stored in a relational archive, reports and printouts are generated automatically, and energy accounting is provided. The operator sees separate lists of active, unacknowledged and abnormal alarms. User rights and control zones are separated. In maintenance mode individual points or entire RTUs are taken out of service with alarm suppression and command blocking, and operator notes are integrated with Word and Excel.
NEO3000 Power System Manager runs on a PC and parameterizes the devices of the NEO 3000 system, mainly the FPC 680 terminals, in online and offline modes. Access is password protected, and the settings are arranged in graphic tree menus. The package is installed at substations, in control centers of distribution and transmission networks, and in power supply control centers of industrial and transport enterprises.
