Description
MV-M9 has fixed-mounted devices (LSC 2A), resistance to internal arc IAC AFLR up to 31.5 kA/1 s and internal partitions IP3x. The series covers voltages of 7.2, 12, 17.5 and 24 kV, a busbar and feeder current of 1250 A and a thermal withstand current of 31.5 kA. The cubicle is 2000 mm high and 650–1000 mm wide. MV-M13 is very compact, 600 mm wide, for 7.2–17.5 kV, with fixed or withdrawable devices (LSC 2A/2B). The partition class is PM for 12 kV and PI for 17.5 kV, busbars 2000 A, feeders 1250 A, 31.5 kA, with an optional type-tested pressure relief duct.
MV-M18 is rated for 7.2–24 kV, busbars and feeders up to 2500 A, withstand current up to 40 kA, IAC AFLR up to 40 kA/1 s. The cable compartment is accessed through a door at the rear. MV-M6 is built on withdrawable devices (LSC 2B), and a Duplex version and an M6 DSS variant exist. At 7.2–12 kV it has busbars up to 4000 A and a withstand current of 63 kA (peak 160 kA), and at 24 kV 2500 A and 25 kA, IAC AFLR up to 63 kA/1 s. It has the highest busbar current of the series up to 24 kV.
MV-M11 is intended for 36 and 40.5 kV, with vacuum circuit breakers on withdrawable elements (LSC 2B), IAC AFLR up to 31.5 kA/1 s and metal partitions of the cable compartment. Optionally a motor drive moves the circuit breaker and earthing switch. Busbars are 3150 A, feeders 2500 A, 31.5 kA, peak current 80 kA. The power-frequency test voltage is 70/85 kV, the impulse voltage 170/185 kV, and the dimensions are 2500×1500×2200 mm. MV-M16 is very compact, for 36 kV and 1000 mm wide, class PI. Cables are connected from the rear, the cable compartment is tall, and voltage transformers can optionally be placed on a withdrawable element. The rated current is 2500 A and the withstand current 31.5 kA.
The series up to 24 kV have air insulation. SPREPOWER cubicles are assembled in a modular way and manufactured according to the standards for metal-enclosed switchgear for voltages above 1 and up to 52 kV. The switchgear is equipped with SPRECON protection and control devices, and the supply includes design, installation, testing and commissioning. Applications are distribution network substations, industrial enterprises, renewable energy sites and infrastructure.
