PRO-AIR H — air-insulated switchgear 36 kV up to 2000 A
PRO-AIR H is a modular air-insulated 36 kV switchgear for indoor installation, without SF6. It is supplied as individual panels with a rated current of up to 2000 A, with type tests performed to EN 62271-200. It is used in 30–35 kV networks, at industrial enterprises, in wind and solar parks and at auxiliary power substations.

Description
The switchgear is needed where very high continuity of power supply, personnel safety and convenient maintenance are required. It is modular and extendable. Rated voltage 36 kV, frequency 50 Hz, lightning impulse 170 kV, one-minute withstand voltage 70 kV, degree of protection IP3X. Loss of service continuity category LSC2A, partitions of class PI, accessibility level A.
Three sizes are produced. H•a has dimensions of 900×1200×2100 mm, a current of 630 A, 20 kA / 1 s, a peak withstand current of 50 kA, IAC A FL 20 kA 1 s and panels K, T, Ü, H, M. H•c (900×1200×2600 mm, 630 A, 20 kA) adds the circuit breaker panel L. H•e (1200×1500×2600 mm) is rated for a current of up to 2000 A, 31.5 kA / 3 s, a peak withstand current of 80 kA, IAC A FL(R) 31.5 kA 1 s, including with the EL withdrawable circuit breaker. The letter K stands for the cable panel, T for the transformer panel, Ü for the bus-sectionalizer panel, H for the riser panel, M for the metering panel, L for the circuit breaker panel (semi-stationary design), and EL for the panel with a withdrawable circuit breaker.
The weight of a cable panel is 450–650 kg, and of H•e•EL panels 850–1100 kg. The minimum room height is 2400–3000 mm. The frame is hot-dip galvanized, pressure during an internal arc is relieved upward and downward, and the doors have an inspection window made of laminated glass and a central lock. Operation is manual or motorized with the doors closed, and mechanical and electrical interlocks are provided.
The panels are equipped with H22 EK/EA load-break switches (H•e) and H29 EA (H•a, H•c), H22 SEA and H29 SEA fuse combinations, ITr 36-630-20 and ITr 36-1600-20 disconnectors, ES 36-20 and ES 36-31,5 earthing switches, and V36-630-20 KUF, V36-1250-20 KUF and V36-2500-31,5 KUF vacuum circuit breakers. The devices comply with the EN 62271 series (-100, -102, -103, -105). Lighting, capacitive voltage indicators, surge arresters, short-circuit indicators, remote control and modernization of existing W36 switchgear are available as options.
