Description
The stations are built on the manufacturer's own equipment: submerged and piston pumps, vaporizers, fuel dispensers and control systems. They suit both private and public fleets. At LCNG stations, compressed gas for CNG vehicles is obtained from LNG.
FUELNG-Sustain is a stationary station with an LNG tank of up to 80 m³, designed for a large number of vehicles, up to 200 fillings per day. The modular design allows capacity to be increased in stages as the fleet grows. Patented technologies support continuous operation, boil-off gas management and the zero-emission requirement; the station can be certified for custody transfer under the MID directive. FUELNG-Deploy is a relocatable station with a horizontal tank of up to 40 m³ for up to 75 fillings per day, an economical option for a small fleet or a remote site with limited investment.
LNG is transferred from the tank to the dispensers by the modular A-SUBTRAN skid with one or two multistage submerged pumps (up to 720 l/min) on a frame with a vacuum-insulated sump, insulated piping and ATEX instrumentation. The Dispenser 3.0 for LNG and bio-LNG fuels vehicles safely and with high accuracy using a patented technology. An interactive touch screen with step-by-step animations simplifies fueling, and a built-in electronic board makes the dispenser autonomous. The previous-generation LNG Dispenser 2.0 with a CRYOFUELTRONICS board provides MID accuracy and can operate autonomously. The on-the-fly saturation system SATNOW brings the fuel state to the engine requirements.
At LCNG stations, LNG is compressed by a high-pressure piston pump (MRP, LDPD), vaporized in a high-pressure vaporizer and supplied through a buffer to the CNG dispenser. If required, the station is combined with LNG dispensing. An example is the Rolande LNG station in Tilburg (the Netherlands).
The stations are used in long-haul freight, city bus fleets, logistics centers, for fueling equipment at remote sites and for the transition of transport to bio-LNG. Each machine undergoes factory mechanical and cryogenic tests. Supervision of installation and commissioning, a 24-hour support line, service contracts, repair and personnel training are available from the manufacturer.

Questions and answers
What is the tank capacity at the Sustain and Deploy stations?
FUELNG-Sustain has a stationary LNG tank of up to 80 m³ and serves up to 200 fillings per day. FUELNG-Deploy is relocatable, with a horizontal tank of up to 40 m³ and up to 75 fillings per day.
Can the station be used for custody transfer?
The station can be certified for custody transfer under the MID directive. The LNG Dispenser 2.0 with the CRYOFUELTRONICS board also provides MID accuracy and can operate autonomously.
How is compressed natural gas obtained at an LCNG station?
LNG is compressed by a high-pressure piston pump, vaporized in a high-pressure vaporizer and supplied through a buffer to the CNG dispenser. If required, the station is combined with LNG dispensing.
