Description
The technology combines the fire safety of dry transformers with the compactness and overload capability of oil-filled ones. The windings have dry insulation, and heat is removed through a separate liquid circuit. Such a unit suits places where an oil-filled transformer is undesirable because of fire safety requirements and a conventional dry one lacks space.
