Description
For more than 45 years the manufacturer has produced disconnectors and earthing switches for 12–36 kV networks, single-pole and three-pole, indoor and outdoor, ceramic and polymer, with rated currents up to 630 A. The devices are made to IEC 62271-102 (EN 60129), and the insulators to IEC 60168 and IEC 60273.
The single-pole outdoor disconnector SELA (to RU 6401 B, ceramic and polymer) can be installed in any position, from vertical to inverted horizontal, with the blades down. It always has a double blade and a latch that rules out spontaneous opening from wind or icing. It is fitted with C4 insulators to IEC 60273 for pollution degree I (16 mm/kV) and III (25 mm/kV), and in the LB versions also with hooks for load breaking with a special device. Versions for 24 and 36 kV, insulator breaking load 16 or 4000 N, weight 10–32 kg. The polymer single-pole disconnector is approved by Iberdrola.
The three-pole indoor disconnectors ST 3.000 are intended for vertical mounting. The double blades of all three phases are driven by insulated rods from a common shaft, manually with an ME or MS mechanism. Insulators are AIPO 1800 N (3750 N on request), and a VT disconnector with mechanical interlocking is optionally available. The STB 3.050 version has bases for fuses IB-D1, IB-D2 (DIN), IB-DG, IB-DK. They are made for 12, 24 and 36 kV, 400 and 630 A, weight 24–66 kg.
Outdoor three-pole disconnectors 3.900, 3.950, ST 3.910 and ST 3.960 are operated by an MM drive for mounting on a pole. It is a lever with a double insulated handle and a rod with five adjustment points, optionally with a lock. Connections are made with 3/4 inch pipes 3 m long (with and without an insulator). All steel parts of the outdoor devices are hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461 (at least 85 µm), the indoor ones are electrolytically galvanized 20 µm with passivation. The metal-to-insulator joints are made with elastic cement.
The range includes PM / PE bushings and PLM / PPM plates, indoor and outdoor support insulators, SP rod supports and PRB busbar supports. They are used in transformer substations and distribution points, at switchgear entries and on 10–35 kV overhead lines.
