Description
Single-phase step-up transformers are made up to 500 MVA, and the insulation level at 550 kV corresponds to BIL 1675 kV. Voltage is regulated by OLTC or DETC on the HV side. For wind and solar farms there are collector step-up transformers up to 500 MVA and up to 345 kV. The equipment works in 50 and 60 Hz networks and is supplied under the manufacturer's own brand.
