A series active filter rated 13, 20 or 30 MVA for a nominal voltage of 15 or 20 kV. For independent power producers (wind farms, cogeneration, solar plants), the device prevents attenuation of the tariff control signals of the grid operator.

Description
The filter works in the signal frequency range of 167–217 Hz, which the grid operator transmits from feeding substations. Unlike a passive filter, it needs no maintenance and does not drift over time. Cooling is ONAN, and the dielectric is PCB-free oil or vegetable oil. A built-in 40 kVA auxiliary transformer is installed as an option.
