Description
The unit is supplied complete, with the capacitors housed in a metal enclosure. Air insulation is used inside. The enclosure has a protection degree of up to IP54, so the unit can be installed in substation rooms and at industrial sites. Depending on the setup, it works for reactive power compensation or as an MV harmonic filter. This design is convenient where there is no room for an open bank.
