Description
The reactor is supplied as a set of three single-phase coils with aluminium winding on a steel core. The single-phase design is convenient for unbalanced load, as each phase works separately. The reactors are selected in pair with dry MSD capacitors of the same manufacturer, so the power factor correction step is built from matched components. The reactor's task in the step is twofold: it keeps the step out of resonance and reduces harmonics in the network.
