S20, S22 and SBH25 are oil-immersed 10/0.4 kV distribution transformers of the first energy-efficiency class, rated 200–630 kVA. The series have a stacked, three-dimensional wound or amorphous core, and a smart version with sensors is available.

Description
Oil-immersed 10/0.4 kV distribution transformers are installed in urban and rural distribution networks. All series belong to the first, highest energy-efficiency class under Chinese standards. The voltage is (10 ±2×2.5 %)/0.4 kV, vector group Dyn11, cooling natural oil (ONAN), insulation LI75 AC35 kV. Typical ratings in the range are 200, 400 and 630 kVA, and noise is 45–48 dB(A) depending on the version.
The basic S13, S20 and S22 have a stacked magnetic core and a hermetically sealed tank. The S22-M-630/10 rated 630 kVA has a no-load loss of up to 460 W, a short-circuit loss of up to 4460 W, a short-circuit voltage of 4 % and noise of 48 dB(A). The units are little sensitive to harmonics, run quietly, need no lifting of the active part and require no maintenance.
In the S22-M·RL the magnetic core is a three-dimensional, triangular wound core. The three-phase magnetic system is symmetrical, with no joints or air gaps, so no-load loss and current, noise and stray fields are lower, and short-circuit and harmonic withstand is higher. The S22-M·RL-400/10 rated 400 kVA has a no-load loss of up to 330 W and a short-circuit loss of up to 3250 W; the manufacturer recommends it for replacing obsolete transformers.
The amorphous series SZBH13, SZBH21 and SBH25 combine a three-dimensional wound core of amorphous alloy with a wide-range OLTC and improve voltage quality in 0.4 kV networks. According to the manufacturer, this combination of technologies was applied for the first time in a transformer of this energy-efficiency class. The SBH25-M·RL-200/10 rated 200 kVA has a no-load loss of up to 120 W, a short-circuit loss of up to 2330 W and noise of 45 dB(A); the regulating device with intelligent control is convenient to maintain.
The smart S20-M·ZN-400/10 is equipped with sensors for voltage, current, oil and ambient temperature, pressure, oil moisture content and hydrogen. The software stores, displays and analyses the data, transmits it digitally, and provides alarms and fault self-diagnostics. No-load loss is up to 370 W and short-circuit loss up to 3615 W. The transformers of the range work in distribution networks, packaged substations, renewable energy stations, and industrial and municipal facilities.
