Description
The company's projects include 200 MW / 400 MWh storage in Hengshui, 100 MW / 200 MWh in Liaocheng, the first commercial independent station in Shandong Province, and 175 MW / 700 MWh at a 1 GW wind farm. Alongside them are dozens of commercial sites.
The TE215K-HV string converter works as a bidirectional inverter for an individual battery rack. The maximum DC voltage is 1500 V, and full power is available at 1000–1500 V. The rated power is 215 kW, the maximum is 236.5 kVA, the rated current is 180 A, the grid is 690 V, and the continuous overload is 1.3. The degree of protection is IP66, anticorrosion C5, start-up at −40 °C, overload 1.1 without derating at 45 °C, and built-in insulation resistance monitoring.
The PCS + MV station TE5000KT-EL (and TE2500KT-EL of 2.5 MVA) combines up to 24 string PCS of 215 kW with a maximum DC current of 236.5 A per input and a 5000 kVA transformer 37 ±2×2.5% / 0.69 kV with an IT scheme. Rack-level control is safer, because a lower breaking current reduces the risk of an arc on the DC side. Multi-level redundancy reduces the barrel effect between racks and increases the available capacity of the system. The design is modular, maintenance is minimal, and the impact of failures is localised. The current distortion factor is less than 3% at rated power, and communication is via fibre, Ethernet or CAN with the protocols Modbus-TCP, IEC 61850, IEC104 and CAN2.0B. For such stations the manufacturer also produces its own 5 MW conversion and step-up units.
The TB-S2000 container with a capacity of 5.015 MWh contains 12 clusters of 418 kWh each from LFP cells of 314 Ah, with the 1P416S scheme in a cluster and 12P416S in the system. The rated voltage is 1331.2 V, and the operating range is 1123–1498 V. Liquid cooling keeps the cell temperature spread small. Protection is multi-level electrical, the compartments are separated, and fire detection and suppression are multiple at module level. The degree of protection is IP55, anticorrosion C5.
The TE-125kW-261kWh cabinet system for industrial and commercial sites combines a 314 Ah LFP battery in the 1P260S scheme at 832 V and 261 kWh, a BMS, a 125 kW PCS at 380/400 V and an EMS. The current distortion factor is less than 3%, and the power factor is adjustable from −1 to 1.
