YBW, ZGS and TBYDB are packaged transformer substations of 10–35 kV rated 2500–7000 kVA and mobile substations of 10–110 kV on semi-trailers. The packaged substations supply consumers, solar and wind plants, and railway signalling.

Description
The manufacturer produces packaged transformer substations and mobile substations on trailers. In a packaged substation a power transformer, an HV compartment with switchgear, an LV compartment, metering, compensation and internal connections are assembled in one enclosure. They supply consumers or step up the voltage of inverters and wind turbines at renewable energy stations. The network frequency is 50 or 60 Hz.
The American-type substation ZGS18-Z.G-3150/35, rated 3150 kVA ((35 ±2×2.5 %)/0.8 kV, Dy11, short-circuit voltage 7 %), is built as a monoblock. The transformer tank contains a load-break switch, bayonet and backup fuses and a tap changer. It is compact and light, with low losses and partial discharge, and is most often installed at solar plants. The European-type substation YBW-24-5000, rated 5000 kVA ((22 ±2×2.5 %)/0.63/0.63 kV, Dy11y11), consists of HV and LV compartments, a transformer and a thermally insulated enclosure with condensation protection. Cabinets and the transformer are selected for the project, and per the manufacturer the model is aimed at solar and wind plants in countries with 20 kV networks.
The Chinese-type YBWL18-40.5/1.14-7000 rated 7 MVA ((37 ±2×2.5 %)/1.14 kV) has an all-aluminium low-carbon enclosure, digital monitoring and high corrosion resistance. The integrated YBPT1-38.5/0.8-3150 for wind and solar plants (3150 kVA, 38.5/0.8 kV) is assembled in a galvanised steel enclosure with degree of protection IP54, with a no-load loss of up to 2.4 kW and a short-circuit loss of up to 21.9 kW.
The railway TZBW-12/0.4-2500 supplies automatic block signalling devices and longitudinal lines. It includes 10 kV SF6 gas-insulated switchgear, a circuit breaker, transformers, a dual-feeder monitoring device, a 10 kV fault clearing device and a UPS. The substation operates at temperatures of −45…+70 °C at altitudes up to 5000 m.
Mobile TBYDB substations carry primary and secondary equipment on one or several semi-trailers and quickly restore power supply during outages and reconstruction. The 110 kV versions are fitted with the SZ-40000/110 transformer (40 MVA, (110 ±8×1.25 %)/10.5 kV, no-load loss 21 kW and short-circuit loss 140 kW) or the three-winding SSZ-20000/110 rated 20 MVA (110/38.5/10.5 kV). There are versions for 35 kV (TBYDB-SZ-10000/35) and 10 kV (TBYDB-S-20000/10, 10.5/6.3 kV). All substations are assembled and tested at the factory and designed in 3D with seismic calculation.
