Mzb2 / Minibox concrete substation with external operation, 400–1000 kVA
Mzb2 and Minibox concrete substations with external operation are designed for a 400, 630 or 1000 kVA transformer, medium voltage up to 25 kV and an LV side up to 0.69 kV. The series includes models Mzb2 20/400, 20/630, 20/630(1000), version b, a 3×1.65 m variant and Minibox measuring 2.54×1.98 m. Single- and double-transformer variants are available.

Description
The substations are equipped with TPM MV switchgear and RN-W LV switchgear. MV switchgear current is 630 A, up to 1250 A on the LV side, and short-time withstand current is up to 25 kA for 1 s. Internal arc withstand corresponds to class IAC-AB-16…20 kA-1 s. The mass of the main module is 6000–8500 kg, the degree of protection of the enclosure is IP 23D, IP 43 on request. Operation is carried out from outside, and personnel do not need to enter the enclosure.
