The Mzb1 small-size single-transformer substation in a concrete enclosure is designed for transformers of 160, 250, 400 and 630 kVA. The substation is operated from outside through compartment doors and works in urban and rural 20/0.4 kV distribution networks.

Description
MV voltage is up to 25 kV, LV up to 0.69 kV, LV switchgear current up to 630–1250 A. The Mzb1 20/630 version has internal arc withstand IAC-AB-20 kA-1 s. The degree of protection of the enclosure is IP 23D, IP 43 on request. External operation without an internal corridor reduces the dimensions of the substation, so it is convenient to place on small plots close to consumers.
