E-site Dual belongs to the two-transformer substations for high-power EV charging sites. Two transformers of up to 1600 kVA each give a total of up to 3200 kVA.

Description
On the MV side there is a 12–24 kV RMU with 3 cells. The transformers are 2 × up to 1600 kVA, oil-immersed or dry-type, and on the LV side an HMS LV switchboard up to 2500 A is installed. Arc resistance is IAC-AB 20 kA 1 s, and the substation complies with IEC 62271-202 and IBH 24. Two transformers make it possible to split the charging stations into independent groups and to increase the site load.
